Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. As each item is crafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," "size mismatch," or "product not as expected." We highly recommend checking our detailed Size Chart on every product page before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily resolve this for you. To report such an issue, please contact us at velnox.support.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue.

Refunds

  • Approval Process: Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will inspect the claim.
  • Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer you a free replacement of the same item or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
